The UCLA Westwood Child Care Center Opening event celebrated the campus dedication of the new facility, which meets the demand for campus child care in a location especially supportive of south campus families. The program included presentations by Chancellor Gene Block, Gay MacDonald, and Bright Horizons CEO David Lissy, and concluded with the children of the center presenting a paper mache key to the building to Chancellor Block. The event featured healthy, kid-friendly cuisine, as well as children's entertainment.
