Special Events and Protocol sets the stage for introducing supporters, alumni, donors and advocates to UCLA’s outstanding faculty, students and programs. As an office within External Affairs, we provide event-planning services and protocol expertise to the entire campus.

From official visits and festive celebrations to intimate gatherings and academic lectures, we set the standard of quality and excellence for university events.

Our department also coordinates reservations for the UCLA Hannah Carter Japanese Garden located just off-campus in the community of Bel-Air.
