A: Prior to inviting a dignitary to visit campus, see the UCLA
Visiting Dignitary Policy and Guidelines. Prior
to extending an invitation to a high-level dignitary, complete
the Visiting
Dignitary Form or contact Rhonda Wade, Special Assistant
to the Vice Chancellor of External Affairs at (310) 206-0601.
Q: A dignitary/VIP/elected
official will be attending my event, who should I contact?

Q: What is the proper way to address a dignitary?
