The Nell and John Wooden Court Dedication Luncheon

Prior to the Michigan State vs. UCLA Men's Basketball game, the court at renowned Pauley Pavilion was officially named "The Nell and John Wooden Court." A special luncheon honoring Coach Wooden, his life, and his legacy took place prior to the game. Over 400 guests attended including family, friends, and many former players and coaches. Sportscaster Al Michael emceed as guests experienced the greatness of John Wooden, as a basketball legend, mentor, and devoted family man through photo vignettes, a moving video tribute and his 10 championship banners which were on display in the room.
